Hi everyone!What a beautiful day. Schedule a massage as often as you can even if it is for less time.The more often you get a massage the better you will feel. There is more benefits to have regular massages not so far apart then having a full hour massage when you can afford it. Basically if you only need a massage once a month and that's all you want then one hour is great for that. But it would benefit you more to have a massage ever other week for a half an hour or 20 min. An hour massage is great though but if your not sure when your going to be able to receive another massage then it might be better for you to have a massage every week for 15 min or every other week for 20 min to half hour.If you need a massage for relaxing then I have 45 min massages that cost only 30.00.I also provide a 50 min massage for 35. I will be willing to do 10 an 15 min massages...What ever it will take to make massage relaxing both for your body and pocket book.
